This Week at Briscoe PR
Kevin swapped the office for scrubs recently, heading into the operating theatre for a photography and video opportunity with a new client. PR isn’t just about words, it’s also about telling important stories visually and responsibly!
This week Becca was all about keeping the wheels turning with newsletters, reports and a healthy dose of New Year admin. She also got stuck into planning an official opening for one of our clients, laying the groundwork for a moment that will generate real visibility and buzz.
It was a big learning week for Harriet, who spent a full day in a virtual classroom mastering the art of writing effective press releases as part of her apprenticeship – and completed her first professional discussion (a huge milestone!). Alongside that, she’s been deep in reporting, ensuring clients have clear insights into how their coverage is performing.
Charlie’s week involved a lot of multitasking, including newsletters, reports, and building a content calendar for a brand-new client. She’s also been preparing for first client meetings of the year and working on a loyalty scheme that’s officially launched for one of our hospitality clients.
Bella spent time supporting current PRCA apprentices. She joined a call to answer questions about the apprenticeship and end point assessment.
Kevin finished the week by heading into Portsmouth for a coffee at Southsea Coffee. Here, he was mentoring a fellow PR professional who has put themselves forward for Chartership of the CIPR.
